"This branch is one of the nicest I’ve visited! It’s spacious, with modern decor and comfortable seating that creates a great atmosphere. The food is just as delicious as you’d expect from this restaurant chain, so no complaints there. However, the service could use a little polishing. While the staff wasn’t rude or unfriendly, there were a few moments that felt less professional than expected. For example, when serving our large assorted sushi platter, the server showed little regard for the space on the table. She simply placed the platter down, pushing aside the tea and plates already on the table to make room, nearly spilling a hot cup of tea in the process. Additionally, the communication style could have been a bit more polished to match the overall vibe of the restaurant. It’s a great place overall, and with some improvement in the service, it could be even better!"

"We came on a Thursday during lunch hour, which was busier than expected given the location. No waiting required and the food was great but the ambience was less than pleasant. I would say it's a good place for quality Japanese food with decent price (for lunch especially) . But you may want to come at a different time if you want a better overall dining experience."

"A delightful surprise visit to a long-forgotten Japanese favorite! We stumbled upon this shop while looking for a place to eat tonight and decided on a spontaneous return. I'm happy to find that the restaurant has kept its standard. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful. The yellowtail kama, while delicious, was just a little on the small side (forgot to take photo). All in all, it was a positive and unplanned experience."

"There are three senryos in Causeway Way and this one is the best. Less busy so I guess everyone is more chilled for better service and more neat sashimi cuts. Value lunch sets!"
